We are excited to release our new statistics dashboard, secondary to the patrol map of our flagship monitoring NOC. This new release includes a PIE chart overview of where each device is spending its time.
The Stats monitoring is live with the possibility to view past dates and records for up to 30 days. The functionality allows you to see which devices are currently online, offline and on charge.
We also have a new custom feature that can be implemented after engadging with the client and confirming a set of patrol routes and zones. This is our “Hourly Patrols” feature and can show you a live visual of per hour hit ratio on the set and agreed list of zones to be covered per point.

All these features on the Live Dashboard also comes with the scheduled reports. We can now schedule these statics to be emailed after each patrol shift straight into your email.
